How to get your ARC?

OPTION 1) Apply through the OGA in a group registration. 

[Fall Semester] = Mid August - Mid September

[Spring Semester] = Mid February - Mid March

• Apply after the OGA announces it on the notice board: https://oga.snu.ac.kr/

OPTION 2) Apply through HiKorea.

Go to the HiKorea website and reserve a time at the immigration as a non-member.

• Make sure to reserve your seat early to get your ARC as fast as possible: https://www.hikorea.go.kr/Main.pt

OPTION 3) Apply through the HireVisa app.

[Fall Semester] = Mid August - Mid September

[Spring Semester] = Mid February - Mid March

• Your application is combined with the OGA group registration and your ARC is delivered to the OGA office.
